Snowy Days

Last Night during the snow storm Jared took Mallory out with him while he shoveled the walks. She had so much fun making a snow man with her dad. Lily has been sick with just about everything the last two weeks and now she has two eye infections. She wasn't able to go out with them last night. She was so sad, she stood at the living room window and said "me too mommy, me too." After about 10 minutes Mallory came and started throwing snowballs at the window, Lily giggled every time Mal came near. I think after that Lily felt like she had been involved because she didn't stand at the window and watch anymore.

That is so fun. I remember playing in the snow with my dad. I remember when he would nail mom with a snowball and she would scream and squeal. Those are the best of times. It is so fun to see pictures.

Cute girls! I really hope that Lily gets healthy and stays that way! Poor thing! At least she still has a good attitude when shes sick!

Holy snow! I've forgotten what that looks like. Jared seems like a really good day who is really involved. Hey, I was wondering if I could get your mom's breakfast casserole recipe?

Um, K where have I been while you've been blogging away. I saw the post about the girl friends but didn't even think to go farther down the list. So cute of Lily at the window and Jared and Mallory. What a good dad he is. When do we get to start our dinner for the girls date? And that is so cute about Santa knocking on your door. What a cute fun way to make the magic come to life. I too am more excited about Christmas this year. So glad that I have four days to enjoy it slowly with all of our Christmas parties. Jeff said your treats were yummy. You're the cutest. Have the very merriest Christmas. Can't wait to hear all about it.

Okay, I lied. I don't quite get the recipe. Do I have to brown the sausage ahead of time? Is prepared mustard just plain yellow mustard? Canned milk- is that the same as evaporated milk? I don't have canned milk.

Seriously, I don't know how you do it....sick babies just suck the life out of me. I hope she starts feeling better soon for both her and mommy :) That was such a sweet picture of her at the window too.
