Dear Santa,
I have tried really hard to be happy. I would like a princess Jasmine and a unicorn so it can be it's pet. And maybe an Aladdin so it can be it's Dad. I want a just size table with just size chairs. Maybe some soup so we can eat. I want Clarice so it can have a ride. Ha Huh. and I want a Santa too. I want all these things. I am going to be a princess. I am going to be good Santa.

It is so fun to have kids around they seem to make everything so magical. By the way Mallory's list changes everytime she goes to the store. We happened to see a princess Jasmine at Smith's today when we were doing our grocery shopping.
About the pictures. Yes Mallory is wearing a sun dress with boots in the freezing cold as she is putting her letter in the mailbox. This girl is mourning the loss of Summer, yes even after 2 snow storms. Every day we have a fight about wearing long sleeves and how it isn't summer anymore. Is this normal????

She is SO adorable! I think the sun dress is definitely normal. They get so independent these days. She'll feel cold soon, maybe. She is a spunky gal! Love it!!
She is so cute. Love that you captured the moment with the letter and the pictures complete with the sundress in her boots. And would you feed that girl. I'm dying that she asked for soup. That's the problem is you probably make fifteen meals a deal like I do just so we can feel like they get something. Anyway--love this post!

Is it normal? Ask me that when she is a teenager and says she wants to wear a sexy sundress or shorts because the school is TOO warm in the winter. (Yes, with 8 kids I've been there) No, it never goes away and the determination gets stronger if that is possible. What a cute little angel!You have some fun ahead!!

what an awesome little girl! can we please get her together with kyle? they can romp in the snow together and play jasmine and dolls and all the other stuff that little girls should play with eachother. poor kyle doesn't have many little girl friends on our street (ok - she only has one that lives next door and she's 7 and in school all the time) and so she always wants me to play dolls or kitchen or whatever. it's fun but she really needs to get home to all her little friends!

How exciting! I love that she wrote a letter to Santa. My favorite is that she was so concerned that every toy has a buddy. She is a princess, a very cute one! I think Jenna is a summer girl too. She hates her shoes and would rather wear sandals, oh well.
