The end of April we took the girls on a trip to California to visit Uncle Dave and Aunt Julie. Thanks to Dave for making the trip really affordable we were able to do it all. We spent two days at Disneyland and two days at California Adventure, a day at the beach, and a day at The Aquarium, not to mention the nights out while our kids were home with a sitter, time playing with cousins and time just relaxing. It was eight days packed full of fun.
The girls loved having breakfast with Minnie and meeting a lot of the characters and Lunch at Ariels Grotto meeting all the princesses. I think Mallory was in shock when she first saw Ariel, she didn't even smile for the pictures, at first she just stood there speechless, which doesn't happen very often.
Mal and Lil loved the teacup ride at Disneyland. They both got laughing so hard they could barely sit up straight in the tea cup.
I think Mallory could have spent another day at the beach. She is such a summer girl and loved everything about the beach. She had a lot of fun walking out into the ocean and then running from the tide that was coming in.
I wish I would have had a little notebook writing down all the cute things they said on this vacation. They really had a great time and still ask when we are going back to California.
